Chat messages: clients logged into the Client Portal can send up to 50 messages a day; clients not logged in can send up to 10 messages a day. This limit is per profile, not per trading account, so multiple trading accounts under one profile don't multiply your allowance, and it resets fully each day — unused messages don't carry over. You can see your remaining messages via the counter at the top of the screen (e.g. "38/50"); hovering over it shows the exact reset time. If you log in partway through a session, your limit increases immediately from the logged-out allowance (10/day) to the logged-in allowance (50/day).
Portfolio Analysis runs on a separate daily cap: up to 15 analyses per day, per profile, shown as a counter next to the account/period selector (e.g. "0/15 analyses used today"). This is independent of your chat message limit.
If you hit either limit, you'll need to wait for the daily reset (shown in the countdown next to the message counter) before sending more messages or running more analyses.
MT4, MT5, and Axi's trading accounts are supported. Portfolio Analysis covers one trading account at a time — use the account selector to switch between accounts you hold; you can't combine multiple accounts into a single report.
All performance figures — profit/loss, win rate, profit factor, drawdown, and the equity curve — are calculated directly from your actual closed trade data first. The AI only writes commentary on numbers that have already been calculated; it doesn't estimate or guess at them.

No — the Chatbot and Discover sections are open to anyone, even without a funded account. Portfolio Analysis and Trade Assistant Playground are the two features that requires you to be logged in with a trading account , since it needs real trade history to work from.
Currently, Playground only supports Stocks (Share CFDs). We're working on expanding this to other asset classes, including Crypto and Forex, so more comparison options will be available soon.
