Axi does not charge standard fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, depending on the payment method used, intermediary banks, payment providers, or blockchain networks may apply their own transaction fees. These charges are outside of Axi’s control.
Axi does not charge fees for deposits made within the applicable monthly funding limits of USD 50,000.
If your total deposits via card or other payment methods exceed USD 50,000 in a calendar month, Axi may apply fees on the amount above this threshold.
Bank transfers remain free of charge regardless of the deposit amount.
Intermediary banks and payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Axi has no control over these charges.
For cryptocurrency deposits, a blockchain network fee (gas fee) applies. This is paid to the network — not to Axi. See: Why was I charged a cryptocurrency fee?
Exchange rates for local currency deposits are system-generated and refresh every 10 minutes. There is no additional markup by Axi.
Axi does not charge withdrawal fees regardless of the withdrawal amount or payment method used.
Some international or intermediary banks involved in processing your withdrawal may apply their own fees. These charges are set by the banks and may be deducted before the funds reach your account. Check with your bank before withdrawing.
Some banks may classify a payment to Axi as a cash advance instead of a standard transaction. This may result in additional fees or interest charges. Verify with your bank in advance.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals: a minimum withdrawal amount of USD 30 applies due to blockchain network transaction fees required to process the transaction.
All crypto network and gas fees are paid by the client and are not controlled by Axi.
The crypto fee depends on the blockchain network selected and your external crypto wallet settings, which may affect both cost and processing speed.
More information about associated costs is in the Axi Product Schedule.
Axi is not responsible for fees charged by third-party banks, payment providers, or blockchain networks. For Local Payment Agent withdrawals, fees may vary by agent — confirm before proceeding.
