You can log into your demo account using MT4/MT5 WebTrader, the MT4/MT5 desktop platform, the Axi Trading Platform (Web), or the Axi mobile app. The steps vary slightly depending on the platform. 

Demo account details 

Before logging in, make sure you have your demo account credentials ready. 

1.  MT4/MT5 demo accounts: Find your account number, password, and server name in the Client Portal by going to the Demo tab and clicking Trade on the MT4/MT5 demo account you want to use. 

2. Axi demo account: No separate login details are required. Each user has a single Axi demo account, which is automatically selected when you switch to demo mode in the Axi Trading Platform (web or mobile app). 

Steps to log in 

MT4/MT5 WebTrader 

1. Open MT4 / MT5 WebTrader. 

2. Enter your account number and password. 

3. Select the correct server.   
   

4. Click OK.  

MT4/MT5 Desktop Platform 

1. Open the MT4/MT5 application. 

2. Click File → Login to Trade Account.   
   

3. Enter your account number and password.

4. Select the correct server.   
   

5. Click OK. 

MT4/MT5 Mobile App

1. Open the MT4/MT5 mobile application

2. Click Settings → Trade Accounts
   

3. Enter the company name as "AxiCrop Financial Services Pty Ltd"
   

4. Select the correct server
   

5. Enter your account number and password
   

6. Click "Sign In"

Axi Trading Platform (Web) 

1. Log in to the Client Portal. 

2. Go to the Demo tab. 

3. Click “Trade” on your Axi Demo account. 
   

4. Select “Trade on Web”. 
   

5. Switch the platform to “Demo” mode.  
   

Axi Mobile App 

1. Open the Axi mobile app.  

2. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner. 

3. Switch to your demo account.
