If an order in your Axi Select Allocation Account is not closing as expected, there are two likely causes.

What you need to know:

  1. Technical issue: A technical problem may be preventing the order from closing as expected in the Allocation Account. This cannot be resolved from your end and requires investigation by the support team.

  2. Orders in your Axi Select trading account must be closed using the MetaTrader platform (MT4 or MT5) associated with that account. Orders cannot be closed through any other trading platform or interface.

If you have verified that you are using the correct platform and the order is still not closing, contact our Client Services team with your account number, email, and details of the affected order (symbol, date, lot size) so the team can investigate and resolve the issue.
