Updated 6 days ago

Withdraw funds using Knet via the Axi mobile app in line with Return to Source (RTS) policy.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of Kuwait only.

  2. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Knet).

  3. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

  4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

  5. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

Knet Withdrawal Rules

  1. Each Knet deposit appears as a separate withdrawal option (tile).

  2. You can withdraw a full or partial amount per deposit, up to the original deposit.

  3. You can submit multiple withdrawals at the same time from different deposits.

  4. Only one withdrawal request per deposit can be processed at a time.

  5. If you make a partial withdrawal, you’ll need to wait until it’s completed before withdrawing the remaining balance from that same deposit.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.

  2. Tap the Person icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount.

  6. Select the specific Knet deposit (full or partial).

  7. Ensure the amount is within the minimum and maximum limits.

  8. Review all details and tap Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
