The Client Portal provides access to tools and information related to Axi Select accounts, including metrics such as unique trades, qualification criteria, program status, and Edge Score.

The Axi Knowledge Base also contains detailed information about Axi Select and how the program works.

If an issue cannot be resolved using the available portal tools or Help Center resources, technical issues (e.g., syncing errors, orders not closing, dashboard issues) can be reviewed by our Customer Success team. In such cases, relevant details such as account number, email address, trade symbols, dates, or any error messages may be required to assist with the investigation.

Our Customer Success team can also assist with general Axi Select-related queries via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email.

Important Note: It is not possible to join Axi Select directly via Live Chat; the chat function is used for account-related support.
