Withdraw funds using Neteller via the Axi Client Portal to your registered Neteller e-wallet.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Return to Source (RTS) applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via Neteller first.

2. You can only withdraw to the same Neteller email address used for your original deposit — withdrawals to a different email are not permitted.

3. When withdrawing, you will be prompted to select your saved Neteller e-wallet, which is identified by this email address.

4. The Neteller wallet used for a previous deposit will appear as a withdrawal option.

5. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

6. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

7. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.

3. Choose your trading account. Ensure correct account selection.

4. Enter the withdrawal amount. Minimum amounts shown in the Client Portal.

5. Enter the amount in the Neteller option and select your preferred currency.

6. Click Continue.

7. Select the Neteller e-wallet (identified by email). Only the email used for your deposit will appear.

8. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

2. Neteller withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved, depending on the provider.

Important Notes

1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
