Updated 13 days ago

Objective

You can request an Edge Score reset from your Axi Select Dashboard. Before proceeding, ensure all trades are closed and that funds are withdrawn from your Axi Select account.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. You must have been classified for the Seed stage at any point to be eligible

  2. Your Axi Select account must have been open for more than 90 days

  3. All open trades must be closed before requesting a reset

  4. All funds must be withdrawn from your Axi Select account before requesting a reset

  5. You can only request a reset once every 90 days

  6. If you request a reset, any Performance Fees earned during the current month will be forfeited, as the reset will close your Axi Select account. Please ensure you withdraw any available profits before proceeding.

Steps to Reset Your Edge Score

  1. Log in to your Axi Select Dashboard

  2. Go to "Profile"

  3. Click the "Reset Score" button

  4. A pop-up will appear with a warning message outlining the requirements and next steps — read this carefully

  5. Ensure all trades are closed and funds are withdrawn. If these conditions are not met, you will receive an error message and cannot proceed

If your account meets all requirements, a success message will confirm your request

  6. You will receive an email confirming the process has started

  7. A new Axi Select trading account will be provisioned within 1 business day. You will receive new credentials by email

Important Notes

  • You can only request one Edge Score reset at a time. If you attempt another request before the current one is processed, you will receive an error message

  • Your old Axi Select account will become inactive immediately after the reset

  • Dashboard access will be temporarily suspended until you receive new credentials upon re-joining the Seed stage

  • A reset is irreversible. Your previous Edge Score, account history and dashboard access are permanently lost once processed

  • There is no limit on the total number of resets — as long as 90 days have passed since your last reset
