To help protect your account and prevent unauthorised withdrawals, you'll need to complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) check when submitting a withdrawal request. In Thailand, this is done by entering a one-time password (OTP), which is provided either by SMS or through your authenticator app, depending on your MFA setup.

This applies to all trading account types (MT4, MT5, and Axi trading accounts) on both the Client Portal and the Axi mobile app.

When you select Submit on a withdrawal request, you'll be prompted to enter the OTP unless you already have an active MFA session. Your withdrawal request will only be submitted once the OTP has been verified successfully.

MFA is required once per session, not for every withdrawal request. If your MFA session is still active, you won't need to enter another OTP. If the verification fails, is cancelled, or your session expires, you'll remain on the withdrawal page and can try again.

The OTP is generated based on your MFA method:

  1. If you use SMS verification, the OTP is sent to the mobile number registered on your Axi profile.

  2. If you use an authenticator app, open the app to retrieve your current verification code.

If you don't receive the SMS OTP, select Resend code to request a new one. If you're using an authenticator app, ensure you're using the current code displayed in the app. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Client Services.
