Withdraw funds using Google Pay via the Axi Client Portal to your original Google Pay deposit source.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available in selected countries only. If Google Pay appears in the Withdraw section, it is available for your account

  2. Google Pay withdrawals are available for supported Android devices.

  3. Google Pay must be linked to an active card in Google Wallet.

  4. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Google Pay)

  5. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

  6. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear. Minimum withdrawal: USD 10. Maximum: USD 60,000.

Google Pay Withdrawal Rules

  1. If you made multiple Google Pay deposits, each deposit appears as a separate withdrawal tile.

  2. You can withdraw the full amount or a partial amount from each tile, up to the original deposited amount.

  3. You can submit multiple withdrawal requests at the same time for different deposit tiles.

  4. If a withdrawal request for a specific tile is already processing, that tile will appear greyed out until the request is completed.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

  2. Go to Funds and click Withdraw from the top menu.

  3. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

    Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  4. Choose Google Pay as your withdrawal method.

  5. Select the relevant Google Pay deposit tile and enter the withdrawal amount (full or partial, up to the original deposited amount).

  6. If a tile appears greyed out, it means a withdrawal request for that deposit is already being processed.

  7. Review all details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Once processed by Axi, receipt times are generally quick, but depends on your bank and payment provider.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

  3. You can track your withdrawal request in the  Funding History section of the Client Portal.
