How do I log in to the Client Portal and add my wallet address?

Whether you're returning to manage your account or ready to set up a payout wallet, here’s how to do it securely:

  1. Go to the Login Page 👉 Visit the Axi Client Portal login page
  2. Enter Your Credentials
    • Enter your email address and password
    • Click Continue
  3. Verify with MFA (Phone or Authenticator App)
    • You’ll be prompted to enter your 6-digit MFA code
      • From Phone (Text Message or Voice Call), if that was your setup
      • Or from your authenticator app. ⏱ Code is valid for 5 minutes
  4. Access Your Dashboard
    • Once verified, you'll be redirected to the Client Portal.
    • ⚠️ If your account is suspended, a message will appear prompting you to contact support.

💳 To Add a Wallet Address:

  1. Navigate to the Wallet tab
    • Click “Add New Wallet”
  2. Enter Wallet Details
    • Nickname (optional)
    • Wallet address (required)
    • Destination tag (optional)
    • Click Add
  3. Verify with MFA (Phone or Authenticator App)
    • Enter the 6-digit code you receive either:
      • From Phone (Text Message or Voice Call) or
      • From your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) ⏱ Once verified, you won’t be asked for MFA again for the next 30 minutes
  4. Wallet Saved
    • You’ll see a confirmation message
    • Your wallet is now saved and ready for payout requests.
