Withdraw funds using Global Money Transfer (bank transfer) via the Axi Client Portal.
Return to Source (RTS) does NOT apply to Global Money Transfer. If you deposited via Global Money Transfer, you may withdraw using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal without returning to the source first.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will only be processed if they are for your full remaining balance.
You must select the currency for your bank transfer. The system provides linked IBANs for your selected currency.
Confirm with your bank that it can accept incoming wire transfers in your chosen currency before requesting a withdrawal.
Axi cannot guarantee the same-day receipt of funds. Processing times are subject to your bank’s processes. International bank transfers may take between 2-5 business days to be received.
Your bank may charge a receiving fee for international bank transfers. Any such fees are the client’s responsibility.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.
Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.
Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.
Enter the withdrawal amount in the Global Money Transfer field and select your preferred currency.
The system displays the IBAN details for the selected currency.
Click Continue.
Enter or confirm your bank account details to receive the funds
Review details and click Request Withdrawal.
Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding bank processing time).
Once processed, international bank transfers are typically received within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Payment confirmation may become available within 3–5 business days after processing.
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
