Exchange rates for local currency deposits are system-generated and refresh automatically every 10 minutes. Axi does not set, control, or add a margin to these rates.
Exchange rates are sourced from the market and updated automatically every 10 minutes. The rate displayed when you begin your deposit may differ slightly from the rate applied when you confirm the payment.
The exchange rate is locked at the moment you click "Make Deposit." If the rate updates during your session before you confirm, the new rate will apply.
Axi does not add a markup or margin to the exchange rate. The rate you see is the system-generated market rate at the time of your transaction.
Axi has no control over exchange rate fluctuations. Rates change in real time based on global market conditions.
For deposits in a currency that differs from your trading account base currency, the system will automatically show you the equivalent amount in your trading account currency before you confirm.
If you believe there is an error in the exchange rate applied to your deposit, contact Client Services with your deposit reference, the rate you were shown, and the amount credited to your account.
Exchange rate differences between what you paid and what was credited to your account are expected and reflect normal market rate movements. They are not fees charged by Axi.
