Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Thailand) via the Axi mobile app to a verified Thai bank account.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of Thailand only.

  2. A verified Thai bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.

  3. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Local Money Transfer)

  4. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

  5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

  6. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

Bank Account Requirements

  1. Account Number: Enter the account number exactly as provided by your bank

  2. Bank Name: select from the dropdown.

  3. Bank Branch Name and/or Bank Branch Code: enter exactly as shown in the official directory.

  4. Bank statement or passbook required: name, account number, date within the last 6 months.

  5. Name on statement must match your Axi profile exactly.

  6. Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.

  7. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.

  8. Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, and Swift/BIC.

  9. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank verification is pending.

  10. Bank verification is automated and typically completed within a few minutes, depending on validation.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi mobile app and log in to your Live account.

  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.

  4. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.

    Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (THB) field and tap Continue.

  6. Select your verified bank account or add a new one. To add a new account, click “Add method”, enter the bank details, upload a valid bank statement and click Submit for Review. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours, depending on the validation process.

  7. Review all details and tap Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

  2. Once processed, funds are typically received within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
