Withdraw funds using Local Money Transfer (Vietnam) via the Axi Client Portal to a verified Vietnamese bank account in VND.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Available to residents of Vietnam only.

2. A verified Vietnamese bank account in your name is required before submitting a withdrawal request.

3. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (Local Money Transfer)

4. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the app once RTS is consumed.

5. Withdrawals via Local Money Transfer (Vietnam) are processed in VND only.

6. Any other currency shown in the Client Portal reflects your trading account currency.

Bank Account Requirements

1. Account Number: Enter the account number exactly as provided by your bank

2. Bank Name: select from the dropdown.

3. Bank Branch Name and/or Bank Branch Code: enter exactly as shown in the official directory.

4. Bank statement or passbook required: name, account number, date within the last 6 months.

5. Name on statement must match your Axi profile exactly.

6. Bank statements are official documents — receipts are not accepted.

7. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, HEIC. Maximum file size: 6 MB.

8. Only the first page is required if it contains: bank name/logo, account name, account number/IBAN, and Swift/BIC.

9. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank verification is pending.

10. Bank verification is automated and may complete within a few minutes, depending on validation.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. First time: go to Manage → Add, enter your bank details, upload your bank statement, and submit for review. Verification typically takes a few minutes, depending on validation.

3. Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.

4. Choose your trading account.

5. Enter the withdrawal amount in the Money Transfer (VND) field. Withdrawals for this method are available in VND only. Your amount will be checked against the allowed RTS limits. Minimum: VND 150,000.

6. Select a verified bank account (auto-selected if only one registered).

7. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

1. Typically, 1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).

2. Once processed, funds are typically received within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Important Notes

1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

3. Withdrawals for this method are available in VND only. If the VND withdrawal option does not appear in the Client Portal, contact Client Services.
