Withdraw funds using a credit or debit card via the Axi Client Portal.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. RTS applies: you must withdraw up to the original amount deposited via the same payment method (card).

  2. Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is consumed.

  3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

  4. If you made multiple deposits using different cards, each card has its own RTS withdrawal amount.

Card Withdrawal Rules

  1. Each card used for a deposit generates a separate withdrawal option.

  2. Withdrawals are returned to the original debit/credit card — you cannot withdraw to a different card.

  3. To withdraw to a specific debit/credit card, you must first make a successful deposit using that card before it appears as a withdrawal option.

  4. If your card is expired, lost, or stolen, refunds may still be processed by the card issuer to the linked bank account, depending on the bank and whether the account remains active. See: What happens if my card is expired, lost, or stolen when I try to withdraw?

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

  2. Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.

  3. Choose the trading account you want to withdraw from.
Note: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.

  4. Enter the withdrawal amount and select your preferred currency.

  5. Select the correct card using the last 4 digits for identification.

  6. Review details and click Request Withdrawal.

Processing Time

  1. Axi processes withdrawal requests within 1–2 business days (excluding any processing time required by your bank or payment provider).

  2. Card withdrawals are processed as a refund to your original card. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your card issuer, bank, and your location.

  3. Some card refunds may be received almost instantly, while others can take longer. Most card refunds are received within 5–7 business days, although in some cases, depending on the bank or region, they may take longer.

  4. You can check the status of your withdrawal request at any time under Funding History in the Axi Client Portal or the Axi Mobile App.

  5. If your bank is unable to locate the refund after it has been processed, an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) may be available 3–5 business days after Axi has processed the withdrawal. This reference can be provided to your bank to help them trace the refund.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and the Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.

  3. ARN code is available 3–5 business days after processing if the bank cannot locate the refund.

  4. If contacting your bank, advise that the ARN relates to a card refund, not a bank transfer.
