Yes, eligible clients can reset their Edge Score. There are specific conditions, timeframes and consequences that apply.

What you need to know:

  1. Only clients who have been classified for the Seed stage at any point are eligible to request an Edge Score reset.

  2. You can request a reset once every 90 days. If you attempt to request it before the 90 days have passed, you will receive an error message.

  3. There is no limit on the total number of times you can request a reset, as long as the 90-day waiting period has passed each time.

  4. Your Axi Select account must have been open for more than 90 days before you can request a reset.

  5. A new Axi Select trading account will be provisioned within 1 business day after the reset is processed. You will receive the new account credentials by email.

  6. Your old Axi Select account will become inactive immediately after the reset. You will not be able to log in to your old account.

  7. Your dashboard access will be temporarily suspended after the reset. Access will be restored once you receive new credentials upon re-joining the Seed stage.

  8. You will need to requalify after a reset. To regain eligibility for the Seed stage you must achieve an Edge Score of at least 50 by completing a minimum of 20 unique trades in your new Axi Select account.

  9. If you already have an Edge Score of 50 or above in another MT4/MT5 account, you do not need to complete the 20 unique trades requirement again.

  10. A minimum deposit or transfer of $500 USD into your new Axi Select account is required to meet the equity criteria for the Seed stage.

Important note: A reset is irreversible. Your previous Edge Score, account history and dashboard access are permanently lost once the reset is processed. Ensure all trades are closed, and funds are withdrawn from your Axi Select account before requesting a reset, otherwise the request will not go through.
