1. Purpose

This SOP explains how Axi Select funding works, how clients qualify for the Allocation Account, how withdrawals affect stage progression, and rules surrounding profit distribution (Performance Fees).

2. Funding the Axi Select Trading Account

StepAction
1

Client deposits funds via Add Funds → chooses Axi Select Account

2Client must place 20+ unique trades (hedged trades do not count) and maintain Edge Score ≥ 50
Note

A client may use an Edge Score from another MT4/MT5 account to qualify faster, but must still place 20 trades in their Axi Select (AS) account

Result

Client receives two emails:
• “Your Dashboard Credentials”
• “You have qualified for Axi Select funding!”

Important: Clients do not receive a separate email with the Allocation account number — they’re accessed via the Dashboard.

3

Client refreshes their Client Portal → Status switches to Seed → buttons for Dashboard and Trading Room appear

3. Qualification for Allocation Account

A client qualifies once all below are met:

  • Edge Score ≥ 50

  • 20+ unique trades

  • Deposits a minimum of 500 USD. Even if all other requirements are met, progression is not allowed without meeting the minimum equity or balance required for that stage. Each stage has a specific minimum equity threshold, and without sufficient funds, clients cannot proceed.

  • No open trades during activation step

Axi automatically opens the Allocation Account (AS-CT). This account mirrors trades using the stage multiplier.

4. Withdrawals – Rules & Impact

Withdrawals are made from the Axi Select Trading Account only and via the Client Portal.
No withdrawals are possible from the Allocation Account.

4.1 Withdrawal Impact Matrix (Main Table)

TopicExplanation / Rule
Impact of Withdrawal on StageIf equity drops below stage minimum → Stage downgrade risk. Same applies after Performance Fees payout. Client may top-up to restore eligibility.
Withdrawal < Required Minimum ThresholdMay trigger temporary suspension and move to Quarantine/drop out. Must requalify.
Quarantine RiskIf after a withdrawal the Allocation Account reaches Maximum Drawdown → Quarantine triggered. Client must monitor equity.
Withdrawal Pop-Up Warning

System displays a warning showing: • Risk of triggering quarantine • Need to monitor balances • Scenarios that may cause quarantine Client must accept to continue.

Allocation Account Withdrawal❌ Not allowed. Allocation Account mirrors trades only; no withdrawals permitted.
Axi Select Trading Account Withdrawal

Allowed anytime. ⚠️ May affect stage progression, PF payout, and multiplier logic.

Mid-Month Withdrawals

If a client withdraws after opening any trade:

• Profit share for the month = FORFEITED/LOST

• Allocation resets

• Multiplier recalculated based on new (lower) equity

Best Practice: Withdraw only after PF payout, before first trade of the month.

Withdrawal With Negative PnL

If withdrawal occurs with floating losses:

• Allocation reduces proportionally

• Increased risk of hitting the –10% Equity Stop

If reached → Automatic Dropout + Disqualification Email

Eligibility After Full Withdrawal

To remain in stage, the trader must maintain the minimum required equity.

If they fully withdraw:

• Stage eligibility is lost

• They may deposit again to requalify

• ⚠️ Lost profits do NOT get restored

Performance Fees payoutAllocation reset to initial level. New month starts fresh
Excess allocationCapped at max allowed. Multiplier adjusted automatically
Withdrawal Timing ExamplesPF paid at month start ONLY if no open positions. Allocation resets to stage baseline afterward. Examples included below.

Additional Withdrawal Timing Examples

Example 1 — PF earned normally
  • Allocation starts at $10,000

  • Ends at $11,000

  • PF payout = ($11,000–$10,000) × 40% = $400

  • Allocation resets to $10,000

Example 2 — PF paid, no trades yet
  • PF paid Aug 1

  • No trades until Aug 15

  • Withdrawal adjusts Allocation & multiplier because first trade not placed yet

Example 3 — PF paid, trade opened early
  • PF paid Aug 1

  • Trade opened Aug 2

  • Withdrawal afterward → profit share forfeited for entire month

4.2 Dropout Scenarios (Add to SOP)

Moving Through Axi Select Stages

Clients move through stages based on profit targets, drawdown rules, and consistency requirements.

Dropout Scenarios Table

ScenarioExplanationSystem Action
Withdrawal below minimum depositIf balance drops below the stage's minimum equity requirement, client becomes immediately ineligible to remain in the stage. This can also trigger Quarantine in some cases.• Immediate Dropout (Allocation removed)
• Client must re-qualify to re-enter Seed stage
10% Drawdown (DD)Allocation Account equity drops by 10% from peak.• All Allocation positions close automatically
• Client enters Quarantine or Dropout, depending on rules
• Client receives email “Axi Select account disqualified”
• Dashboard stats reset to 0
• Allocation copying stops

5. Performance Fees (Profit Share)

Paid:

  • 1st business day of each month, or

  • At next stage upgrade

Requirements:

  • No open/pending trades

  • Allocation Account must be profitable

Reset Logic

After PF payout:

  • Allocation resets to initial stage allocation

  • Excess funds above stage maximum are capped

8. Account Type Change (Pro ↔ Standard)

  • Must be submitted to Onboarding (OB)

  • ❌ Do NOT escalate to Axi Select Support

  • Client must close all open/pending trades

Portal Display Note

Client Portal may still show the old account type — this is normal and expected.
