Withdraw funds using PIX via the Axi Client Portal to your registered PIX account.
Available to residents of Brazil only.
RTS applies: withdraw up to the original deposit amount via PIX first.
Profits above the deposited amount can be withdrawn using any other available withdrawal methods shown in the Client Portal once RTS is fulfilled.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Client Portal. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Go to Funds and select Withdraw from the top menu.
Choose your trading account. Ensure correct account selection.
Enter the withdrawal amount, select PIX as the method, and click Continue
Select your existing PIX account, or click Add Method to add a new one.
You can add a new PIX account, provided it matches the account holder’s name and ID details and complies with RTS requirements. When adding a new PIX account, enter the account holder’s full name, select the ID document type (CPF or CNPJ), enter the ID number, and provide the PIX key in one of the supported formats: CPF (numbers only), CNPJ (numbers only), email address, phone number in international format (numbers only, no symbols), or EVP (Endereço Virtual de Pagamento).
Review all details and tap Request Withdrawal.
1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time).
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
