All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a bank account, card, or e-wallet held in your own name. Axi does not accept third-party payments for funding or withdrawals.

What you need to know

1. A third-party payment method is any bank account, card, or e-wallet that is not held in your name as the account holder.

2. All deposits into your Axi account and all withdrawal requests must use payment methods registered in your own personal name.

3. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be cancelled.

4. Business payment cards, including those under the account holder’s name, are considered third-party payment methods and are not accepted.

5. If Axi suspects third-party funding, we reserve the right to return the funds to the remitter and retain the balance in your account, pending verification of your identity and source of funds.

6. If verification cannot be provided, Axi reserves the right to retain the balance in your account and you will not be permitted to withdraw the funds.

Ensure all payment methods linked to your Axi account are registered in your personal name.
