All payments into your account must come from a bank account, card, or wallet that is in your name.

What you need to know:

  1. A third-party payment is any method — card, bank account, e-wallet — not held in your name as the account holder.

  2. If Axi suspects third-party funding, we reserve the right to return the funds to the remitter and retain the balance in your account, pending verification of proof of identity and the source of funds before processing.

  3. In the absence of verification, Axi reserves the right to retain the balance in your Account, and you will not be permitted to withdraw the balance in your Account.

Important note: Ensure all payment methods registered to your account are in your personal (legal) name.
