How can I submit documents if I didn't provide them when opening my account?

If you have not provided required documents (e.g. to verify your identity), you can provide them directly through our live chat or email them to service@eu.com (note: emails must be sent from the registered email address linked to your account. Please also include your account number within the email.)

Once we receive your documents, we will process your verification and update your account. If a manual review is required, this is typically completed within 1–2 business days and may take longer if additional documents are needed.
