How can I apply to become a Hybrid Partner?[

You can apply to become a Hybrid Partner whether you are an existing client, partner or potential partner. Follow the steps below based on your current status:

For new clients

  1. Visit the website: Go to the official website and navigate to the Hybrid Partner section.

  2. Complete the short form: Scroll down and fill in the short application form with:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Country of residence

    4. Phone number

    5. Email address

  3. Complete the full application: After submitting the short form, you will be redirected to a detailed application form. In this form:

    1. Account Type: Choose between Individual or Corporate.

    2. Partnership Type: Ensure you select “Hybrid”.

    3. Required info: Provide the necessary details based on your selected account type to finish the process.

For existing clients

If you already have an active Axi account, you can apply directly through the Client Portal.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal

    1. Individual accounts will see the Hybrid option within the partnership application form.

    2. Corporate accounts can apply by selecting the Hybrid partnership option from the left-hand menu.

    3. Complete the Hybrid application: You will be asked to provide your relevant experience, personal or company details, and your preferred rebate account currency.

The information required is the same as for new applicants.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Age: You must be 18 or older to apply.

  • Country: You must be from a permitted country according to regulatory restrictions. 

  • Account Type: Both Individual and Corporate clients can apply for a Hybrid partnership. Please not that joint accounts are not eligible at this time.

What happens after I apply?

  • Rebate Account creation: After submitting your application, your rebate account is created immediately. Access to the Affiliate Portal (Cellxpert) is configured instantly; you will receive an email containing your login credentials. Your rebate account can also be viewed directly in the Client Portal.

  • Client Portal access: After completing your full application, you’ll also receive an email with your credentials to access the Client Portal. Please note that the Client Portal and Affiliate Portal (Cellxpert) are separate platforms.

  • KYC verification: Before withdrawing rebates, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting proof of identity and address. Corporate clients must also provide ID and personal details of their Director, Shareholder, or Authorised Person.

  • Withdrawals: After completing KYC verification, you can withdraw your rebates using the methods available in your Client Portal.
