For security and fraud protection, our Return to Source (RTS) policy places additional controls on withdrawal requests made via cryptocurrency, e-wallets, and debit/credit cards. Before requesting a withdrawal, please consider the following information:
Please note: Return to Source calculations are based on cryptocurrency, not MT4/base currency. For example, if you deposited $200 of BTC worth the equivalent of 0.05 BTC, you must request a withdrawal of 0.05 BTC, not $200 in currency.
You will need to input the amount into the Bank currency field and click “Recalculate” to see the amount in standard currency. Please be aware that all profits above the original deposit amount must be withdrawn via another available method, such as a bank transfer.
If you need help or clarification regarding our RTS policy, please contact our Client Service Team.
If you have made multiple deposits into your Axi account using different payment methods, your withdrawals will be processed back through the payment method used for each deposit.
For example: You made a credit card deposit of $100 using Card A, then a $600 deposit using Card B. You now want to withdraw the full $700 from your account, so you make a withdrawal request via the Axi Client Portal. We will process these withdrawals back to the original cards in the following way:
Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit source used to fund your trading account. Your withdrawal request may be processed partially or in instalments because we must return the same amount deposited back to the source. to the source.
For example: You deposited $400 using Card A/Method A and then $100 using your Card B/Method B, and later requested a $500 withdrawal. Typically, our system will refund the two transactions you made partially. This means:
Please note: Profits must be withdrawn via another available method.
Please note that the timeframe for receiving a credit card refund is 5-7 business days, although it may vary depending on your bank. If your bank is unable to locate the refunded amount on your card after 7 business days, an ARN code can be provided.
IMPORTANT: Since this is a refund process, you must inform the bank that the ARN is related to a refund, not a bank transfer. Banks may not be able to trace the funds if they mistakenly process the ARN as an international bank transfer.
