How do I stop copying a trader?

You can stop copying trades at any time by following the steps below:

  • Go to the “Accounts” tab, then select “Signal”.
  • Select the specific signal provider you want to stop following, then press “Edit copy.”
  • Click on “Stop Copying”
  • If you choose to Stop copying a signal you will be asked how you would like to manage all open trades. Once you decide, a pop-up will confirm the “Copying Suspension”.
  • Click “OK”.

Please note: All copied trade(s) before you stop copying will remain linked to the signal’s trade(s) even though you stop copying the signal. The copied trades (before you stop copying) will still be in sync with the signal’s trade(s). This means that the copied trades will only close when the signal closes the trade(s).

If you wish for the copied trades to be closed when you stop copying the signal, you can do so manually, either using the MT4 or MT5 platform. Once you have stopped copying the signal provider, new trades will not be opened on your account even if the signal provider opens new trades.
