Withdrawals from an Axi account cannot be processed if the account or bank account is not fully verified. Verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
Account verification (KYC): The Axi account must be fully verified – with all identity verification documents submitted and approved – before withdrawals are available. If the account is not verified, the withdrawal option will remain restricted.
Bank account verification: For bank transfer withdrawals, a verified bank account in the registered name must be added before submitting a request. Withdrawals cannot be processed while bank account verification is pending.
Processing time: Bank account verification may take up to 24 hours.
Additional documentation: If further documents are required, Axi will send an email with instructions. Please check your inbox and spam folder for any communication.
Name matching: The bank account name must match the Axi profile name exactly. Accounts in a different name will be rejected to prevent third-party payment concerns.
Important note: All withdrawal requests, including trading profits, are held until the account reaches a verified status. If you believe your account is verified but withdrawals are still unavailable, contact Customer Success for assistance.
