Finance Controller and Admin roles can add and edit GST

Overview

During the Mysa account setup process, you must submit GST-related information to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth business functionality. The Mysa Dashboard allows you to efficiently oversee and update your GST Identification Numbers (GSTINs).

Viewing Your GSTIN

To access the GSTINs associated with your Mysa account:

  1. Log in to your Mysa account.

  2. Navigate to the Profile Settings on the top right of the screen

  3. Click on Org Settings

  4. Under Company Profile you will see all the GSTIN associated with your organisation

  5. You can see the PAN, Legal name, State/Place of supply, No.s of branches for every GSTIN listed there.

Add in a GSTIN

You can add GSTIN from the Dashboard in 2 simple steps:

  1. Click on '+Add GSTIN'

  2. Enter your GSTIN number and press Add. Mysa auto-fetches the GST details from the GSTIN number provided

GSTIN once added cannot be edited. It can only be deactivated.

Deactivating GSTIN

You can deactivate a GSTIN from the Mysa by simply clicking on the deactivate GSTIN switch. Once confirmed your GSTIN will be deactivated

Prerequisites for Deactivating a GSTIN

Before deactivating a GSTIN in your Mysa account, ensure the following:

  • There are no primary Branches attached to the this GSTIN

  • All GST-related liabilities linked to the GSTIN are settled, as per GST regulations.

Note: Deactivating a GSTIN in Mysa only removes it from your account. To cancel GST registration officially, you must apply for cancellation through the GST portal
