Overview

Smart Statement is an intelligent auto-updated view of your Yes Bank transactions, fetched daily at 5:00 AM. Mysa reads and interprets the statement to show a clear list of all transactions. It helps reconcile your bank activity with payments made via Mysa for better visibility and control.

Where Can I Find It?

Go to the Smart Statement tab to access your latest statement and transaction insights.

How It Works

  1. Mysa fetches your bank statement daily at 5 AM.

  2. Transactions made via Mysa are auto-matched and listed with full details—like Beneficiary, Title/Narration, Payment Amount, Running Balance, Bill RRN/UTR

  3. Transactions made outside Mysa are tagged as Not Identified. These cannot be linked to any internal activity and will not show detailed breakdowns.

  4. You can click on any transaction to open the side view, which shows all available information and context for that transaction

Summary View

At the top of the Smart Statement, you’ll find a summary panel with the following key figures:

  • Total Transactions: Number of transactions in the statement

  • Total Inflow: Total credited (incoming) amount

  • Total Outflow: Total debited (outgoing) amount

This helps you quickly assess your bank activity for the day.

Things to Remember

  • Only transactions made through Mysa can be matched and fully detailed.

  • External transactions (manual transfers, NEFT/RTGS done outside Mysa) will appear under Not Identified.

  • For all unidentified transactions there will be no details view

  • Data is refreshed once daily, not in real-time.

FAQs

Q1: What time does Mysa fetch the Smart Statement?
Mysa fetches the latest Yes Bank statement every day at 5:00 AM.

Q2: Why are some transactions listed as “Not Identified”?
There are two main reasons:

  1. The transaction did not originate from Mysa.

  2. It’s a credit into your bank account that Mysa doesn’t have context for.

Since Mysa can't trace the source or purpose of these entries, they appear without full details and are marked as “Not Identified.”

Q3: Can I match unidentified transactions manually?
Not at the moment. Manual matching is currently not supported.
