Mysa makes it simple to transfer your bill entries to either Zoho Books or Tally with just a few clicks, ensuring your financial records stay accurate and up-to-date.
All Admins, Finance Controllers and Accountants can sync the bill to ERP
Before syncing any bill, you'll need to complete the AP Review process. Once the AP review is complete the bill will be available in Needs Review tab

Once bills complete AP Review, they appear in the Needs Review section where you can:

- (B) - Identifies bill entries in the action column
- ✓ Check mark - All required sync information is complete and ready
- ? Question mark - Missing information that needs to be provided
You can perform these actions on each bill:
Mark as ready to Sync - Move to the sync queue
Exclude from ERP - Skip ERP integration for this bill
Reject - Send back for corrections
Select the appropriate Chart of Accounts if not auto-filled
Confirm the ERP vendor - Ensure the correct vendor is selected
Set up automation (optional) - Configure auto-ledger rules based on Vendor + Mysa Category for future bills

4. Click "Send to Ready to Sync" once all details are confirmed
Go to the Ready to Sync tab
Select your bill entry
Click "Sync". Clicking on Sync will all the bill on the ready to sync tab. Incase specific bills need to be synced then select the bill by clicking on the checkbox besides that bill and click on the Sync button.
Wait for confirmation - Sync typically completes within seconds
Check the Synced tab - Your entry will appear here after successful sync
Click the redirection link to view the bill directly in Zoho Books
Verify the details in your Zoho Books account
Ensure Tally is running on the same system where you're triggering the sync before proceeding.
Select the correct ledger for the bill
Verify the ERP vendor selection
Set up auto-ledger rules (optional) based on Vendor + Mysa Category
Click "Send to Ready to Sync"
The bill moves to the Ready to Sync Tab
Navigate to Ready to Sync tab
Click "Sync". Clicking on Sync will all the bill on the ready to sync tab. Incase specific bills need to be synced then select the bill by clicking on the checkbox besides that bill and click on the Sync button.
3. Monitor the three-stage process:
Stage 1: Connecting to Tally
Stage 2: Verifying company is active in Tally
Stage 3: Posting the bill entry
If step 1 fails: Please check if Tally is open
If Step 2 fails: Please check if the company is open in tally.
1. Open Tally on your system
2. Locate the bill under the relevant ledger
3. Check the invoice link - Mysa includes a direct link to the original invoice for reference
4. Copy and paste the link in a new browser tab to view the invoice if needed
A: Don't worry! The entry will automatically return to Needs Review with an error message. Check the error details and [raise a support ticket](support-link) if you need assistance. Our team resolves sync issues promptly.

A: Yes! Select multiple entries in the Ready to Sync tab and use the bulk sync option for faster processing.
