Adding FAQs to Trust Center

Overview

You can add an FAQ section to your profile that includes Q&A pairs from your Content Library. When you edit the Q&A pairs the changes appear automatically in your Profile Center.
Note: Each profile can have only one FAQ section.

Creating FAQs

  1. Open the profile and turn on the FAQs toggle, then click Add FAQ.

  2. Enter keywords and search criteria into the filters and click Apply Search. In addition to the keywords, you can filter on content owner, tags and collections.

  3. Select the checkboxes of the pairs you want to add.

    • You can see how many you have added at the top of the page.

    • To clear all the checkboxes, click Clear.

  4. Click Add. The saved FAQ appears in the profile.
    Note: You can click Add FAQ to add or remove Q&A pairs from the FAQ.
