Overview

You can use the Proposal Engagement feature to gain comprehensive insights into how recipients engage with your proposal.

Viewing proposal analytics

From any tab within the Proposal section, hover over the proposal and click the Analytics icon.
Note: The icon also appears next to the Download or Share option within a proposal.

1. Displays the proposal title and version.
2. Displays the engagement details for the proposal. You can use Back and Forward buttons to view the other metrics.
3. Displays the summary of the engagement for the proposal.
4. Switch between the Recipients and Activity tab.
   • Recipients tab:
     • Displays statistics for each recipient of the proposal.
     • Click on the number of shares to view with whom the proposal has been shared.
   • Activity tab:
     • Displays a chronological view of all actions performed on the proposal.
     • You can click on the recipient link to view with whom the proposal has been shared.
     • You can use the search box and advanced filters to narrow down specific activities.
