What does the Project Limit Exceeded notification mean and how do I fix it?

The Project Limit Exceeded notification appears when the project license limit is reached (indicating that you have reached the maximum number of Active projects). Active projects appear on the Projects page under the Active tab.

You can archive or permanently delete some of your projects to fix the problem. Verify projects are obsolete before moving them to Archived status or permanently deleting them.
Note: To know your active projects limit contact your Customer Success Manager. To upgrade your active projects limit, contact Responsive Support team at support@responsive.io.

Active projects have one of the following statuses, and are taken into account for the project license limit:

  • Current

  • Completed

  • Canceled

  • Closed

  • Withdrawn

Note: Archived or Trashed projects are not considered as active projects.
