Importing standard templates as profile questionnaires

  1. Go to Profile Center > Profile Questionnaire.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • If this is the first time you're adding a questionnaire, click Create your first Questionnaire.

    • If you've already added questionnaires, click Add New.

  3. Select the template you want to add, then specify any tags, collections, or or custom fields you want to use to help Responsive AI select the appropriate responses from your Content Library.

  4. Click Generate. The template will be uploaded and Responsive AI will begin answering the questions using the information from your Content Library.

  5. When the questionnaire is created a Preview page is displayed. Do the following:

    • Use the Section index on the left panel, or click Previous or Next, to move through the sections and review them.
Note: You can expand or collapse the Section index.

    • Click on a field to edit the questionnaire as necessary.
Note: Fields are full rich text.

    • Click the File icon to attach a file to that field. Your changes are automatically saved as you make them.

  6. Click Close to close the preview, then click Questionnaire to return to the Questionnaire list.

  7. Completed projects are imported to Profile Questionnaires as drafts in the Active tab, but only completed projects can be added to profiles. Go to the Active tab and click the three-dot menu, then select Mark as Complete in order to use it.
