Overview

The Reports page lists the various reports and dashboards you can generate in Responsive.

Executive Dashboard

The Executive Dashboard displays details such as the project stage, project type, Answer Library usage, totals (for projects, sections and questions), how long it takes to complete projects, top authors, Project Value, project stage vs average days, the Project Completion report, the Catalog Associated report, Auto-Respond usage and much more.

Content Library Dashboard

The Content Library Dashboard provides a high-level view of the content in your Content Library and how it is being managed. Use it to quickly understand content volume, review health, usage trends, and ownership coverage—then drill into the Content Library to take action.

Application Usage Dashboard

The Application Usage dashboard is generated based on the active time that a user spends in the application minus idle time.

Keyword Trends Analysis

This report extracts keywords from project questions so you can see which topics your issuers are most interested in. You can search and filter for specific keywords as well as specify which keywords should be ignored.

Content Review Status Dashboard

The Content Review Status Dashboard helps you track and manage content reviews. It provides a centralized, real-time view of all ongoing reviews across statuses—making it easier to identify bottlenecks, reassign reviews if needed, and ensure timely completion.

ROI Report

The ROI report shows metrics on how Responsive helps your users be productive, as well as how the metrics and key operational efficiencies have changed over time.

User report

The User report gives details such as user's projects, project count, section count, time spent and more.

Open Task report

This report gives details about the user's open tasks.

Content Usage report

This report gives details about the usage of Content Library contents by user.

Email report

The Email report lists sent emails.

Note: By default, the Email report is visible only to the Super Admin. If Business Units (BUs) are enabled are enabled by your organization Admins and users with the Email Report permission can also view the Email report.

Content Search Terms report

This report tracks keyword searches from your Content Library as well as any keyword searches from add-ons such as Responsive LookUp, Slack, and Google Chat.

Note: The Search Terms data is retained for six months only.

User Login Activity report

This report shows information about a user's activity in the application.

Project Notes Report

This report lets you download the notes added to projects.
