Overview

To help protect your organization’s data from unauthorized access, you can specify a list of IP addresses from which users can log in to your Organization.

Setting trusted IP ranges for your organization

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Security. The Login Settings tab opens by default.
  2. Turn on the IP Restrictions toggle.
  3. Enter valid IP ranges.
    Note: If you want to allow logins from a single IP address, enter the address only in the From field only.
  4. Check the box if you would like to check IP for every request.
    • Checking the box means users will be logged out of the application if their network is changed.
    • If unchecked, authentication will be checked only during the login process and users will not be logged out even when changing networks.
  5. Click Save.
