Updating company information

Overview

You can update your organization's information (such as company details, logo, and theme color) from the Organization Settings.

  • Modify basic company details, such as name and address.
  • Add your company logo (only .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .bmp formats are supported for images).
  • Customize the theme color for your instance, providing a branded look and feel throughout.

Permissions

You must have the Super Admin or Admin with All Permissions role to update the information.

Updating company details

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Company Information > Company Details.
  2. Make the required modifications to the Company Information and Address sections, then click Save. A success message displays and the details are updated.

Updating logos

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Company Information > Company Details.
  2. Scroll down to the Company Logo section, then click Change next to the application and email logos to upload new images.

     

Updating the theme color

  1. Click Organization Settings > Company Information > Company Details.
  2. Scroll down to the Theme Color section and select a primary and secondary color for the theme. Changes are auto-saved.
