Using Answering Agent (EAP) in Ask

Overview

This feature is part of our Early Access Program, which allows select customers to try upcoming beta features that are clearly labeled in the product. As part of this program, you can explore new capabilities, provide feedback, and help shape their development. To join the Early Access Program, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM) to request access.

The Answering Agent is an interactive AI-powered tool that simplifies how teams respond to complex questionnaires such as RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.

Using Answering Agent in Ask

  1. Click Ask at the top of any page in Responsive then click Answering Agent.
  2. Click the Attachment icon to upload your file, or drag and drop your file into the agent's interface.
  3. (Optional) Customize the agent’s response by applying:
    • Datasets:
      1. Click the Advance Filter icon on the input box.
      2. Choose a dataset from the drop-down and click Apply.
        Note: You can click Clear or use the [i] ASK - Dictate - Cancel.png to reset the dataset.
    • Filters (collections and tags):
      1. Click the Advance Filter icon on the input box, then click Advanced Search.
      2. Choose the relevant collections or tags and click Apply.
        Note:
        You can choose from All, Any(default), or Exclude operators for the Collections and Tags filters.
        Click Clear or use the [i] ASK - Dictate - Cancel.png to reset the filters or Remove [i] Remove.png to remove the filters.
  4. Click Send [i] - Agent - Send icon.png or press Enter to post the prompt.
    • Once the file is uploaded, the File Mapping agent analyzes the file and starts identifying the questions.
    • You’ll receive a prompt with the number of questions identified.
  5. Once the information has been analyzed:
    • Review the identified questions: This opens a Guided Project in a new tab for manual review and edits.
    • Proceed with answer generation: The agent generates responses and inserts them into the original file.
  6. When done, the agent prompts the number of questions it was able to answer. Do the following as needed:
    • Review and complete the unanswered questions in the Guided Project.
    • Click Download [i] Download.png to download the final file.
