Overview

You can invite vendors to register in the Responsive application. When the request is published from Responsive, an email is sent to the responder.

Vendor Registration in Responsive

1. Click View RFP in the email. You will be navigated to a page where you need to specify the OTP.
2. Enter the OTP that you have received in your email. Once the system validates the OTP, you will be navigated to view the Request details.
   
3. Click Continue to Preview. You will be navigated to the request accept/decline page.
   
4. Click Accept Invite.
   
   You will be navigated to the Company Information page.
   
5. Enter the details and click Continue. The Personal Details page appears.
   
6. Enter the details and click Register. On successfully registering, you will be navigated to the request page in Responsive.
   
7. Once you respond to the questionnaire, click Complete Section.
8. Click the arrow on the top left to navigate to the Sections page.

Submitting Project/Proposal

1. Click Submit Project to submit the project. The Submit Project pop-up appears.
   
2. Select the submission date and time.
3. Click Submit to submit the project.
