Adding Team Members to Trust Center

Overview

You can add Team Members to profiles as sharers or collaborators.

  • Sharer: Users with this permission can view, share, and download the profile.
  • Collaborator: Users with this permissions can create, edit, view, share, and download the profile.

New Team Members will be guided through essential onboarding tasks for 90 days from their first login. These tasks include completing their profile, uploading necessary documents, creating an intake, accessing learning resources and joining the community.

Permissions

You must be an Admin or manager to complete this task, and only users with Admin and Manager roles can be assigned as Collaborators. Users with limited permissions are highlighted in red and must be removed to proceed. Learn more about permissions here.

Adding Team Members to profiles

Team Members can be added from:

  • The Active tab of Profile Center
  • The Profile tab of a specific profile
  • The Team tab of a specific profile

Inviting Team Members from the Active tab

  1. Go to the Active tab and click an avatar in the Team column. The Manage Team Members pop-up displays  a list of members who have access to the profile.
  2. Search for and select the people you want to add to the team (you can add multiple Team Members at a time).
    Note: If you want to manage an entire team, you can click Manage Entire Team on the Manage Team Members pop-up to switch to the Team tab, then add team members by following these instructions.
  3. Select the permission you want the selected members to have from the drop-down list:
    • Sharer: Users with this permission can view, share, and download the profile.
    • Collaborator: Users with this permissions can create, edit, view, share, and download.
      Note: Only users with Admin and Manager roles can be assigned as Collaborators. Users with limited permissions are highlighted in red and must be removed to proceed. Learn more about permissions here.
  4. Click Add Members.

Inviting Team Members from the Profile tab of a specific profile

  1. Open the profile, make sure you are on the Profile tab (the default), then click the Add + icon at the top right of the page. The Manage Team Members pop-up displays  a list of members who have access to the profile.
    Note: If no Team Members have been added to the profile yet, click Add Team instead of Add +
  2. Search for and select the people you want to add to the team (you can add multiple Team Members at a time).
    Note: If you want to manage an entire team, you can click Manage Entire Team on the Manage Team Members pop-up to switch to the Team tab, then add team members by following these instructions.
  3. Select the permission you want the selected members to have from the drop-down list:

    2. Collaborator: Users with this permissions can create, edit, view, share, and download.

  4. Click Add Members.

Inviting Team Members from the Team tab of a specific profile

  1. Open the profile, click the Team tab (the default), then click Add Team Members. The Manage Team Members pop-up with a list of members who have access to the profile is displayed.
  2. Search for and select the people you want to add to the team (you can add multiple Team Members at a time).
  3. Select the permission you want the selected members to have from the drop-down list:
    1. Sharer: Users with this permission can view, share, and download the profile.
    2. Collaborator: Users with this permissions can create, edit, view, share, and download.

  4. Click Add Members.
