Overview

If you realize that you mapped a section incorrectly, or want to exclude a section or add columns/rows in your document, you can edit the mapping and content filters at the Responding stage.
Note: This option may not be available for standard questionnaires like SIG, CAIQ, or ILPA.

You can also edit or modify the content filters at the responding stage to help reduce errors and save time.

Editing mapping at the responding stage

1. Go to the Responding page and click the three-dot Menu, then select Edit Mapping and confirm the prompt message.
2. Make the required changes to the mapping and click Proceed.
3. (Optional) Edit the filters.
4. Click Proceed. The previous responses will be erased and replaced by your new mapping.
   Note: If you exit without proceeding, your changes won't be saved.

Editing content filters at Responding stage

1. Go to the Responding page and click the three-dot Menu, then select Edit Content Filters.
2. Click Confirm on the pop-up.
3. Edit the filters and click Proceed. The changes are applied and the responding page appears.
   Note: If you exit without proceeding, your changes won't be saved.
