Spaces help you organize documents and control access.

Intelligent Repository

The Repository is the central place where all completed and imported contracts are stored. It automatically organizes documents, extracts key contract details (such as parties, dates, and renewals), and makes everything searchable. You can also create saved views to quickly track renewals, expirations, or vendor agreements.

Workflows

Workflows define how documents move from creation to completion. You can send documents for signature, sign them yourself, or send in bulk. Each workflow follows a consistent setup process and automatically archives completed contracts in the Repository.

Roles

Participants in a workflow have clear responsibilities, such as sending, signing, approving, reviewing, or observing. This ensures transparency and accountability throughout the contract lifecycle.
