Web app - Billing and Downgrade

You can switch your billing cycle for Business and Business Pro subscriptions, moving between monthly and yearly plans as needed.

Switching Billing Cycle

Monthly to Yearly

  • Go to Profile Settings by clicking your initials and selecting Account and Settings from the top right.

  • Choose Billing from the left menu.

  • In Plan Details, click Switch to Yearly.

  • The yearly plan starts after your monthly subscription ends, and the yearly amount will be charged when it begins.


Yearly to Monthly

  • Access Profile Settings using your initials at the top right, then pick Account and Settings.

  • Select Billing from the left menu.

  • Click Switch to Monthly under Plan Details.

  • Your monthly plan starts once the yearly subscription expires, with immediate billing for the new cycle.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

  • No need to cancel and repurchase for downgrading.

  • Schedule a downgrade to a lower plan within the app; at the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically switch.

  • Go to Profile Settings > Account and Settings > Billing, then click Change Plan.

  • Select your desired plan on the next page, review billing details, then click Schedule Downgrade.

  • The new plan will take effect when the current billing cycle concludes.
