At Signeasy, we recognize the dynamic nature of signature requests and the option of needing to void or cancel a signature request even after it has been sent for signature. To accommodate this, we have implemented a feature that allows you to void pending requests.

To void a pending signature request, navigate to your Waiting for Others section, locate the three-dot menu associated with the specific signature request, and opt for the "Void" function:

Once the Void option has been selected, you will be prompted to enter the reason for voiding the request:

A voided signature request will no longer be available for signers or senders, and will automatically be moved to the Lapsed section listing.
