How can I change my email address or password?

  • Navigate to the Account Settings.

  • Tap on your Profile Name.

  • Tap Transfer Account to transfer your account to a new email address.

  • Enter the new email address and the current account password and tap Save.

  • Tap the Reset Password option to receive an email to reset your account password.

  • Alternatively, you can open the following link in the browser to reset the account password. https://app.signeasy.com/forgot-password.

How can I change my Name or Company Name in the Signeasy app?

  • Tap on the Account tab to view the Profile information.

  • Tap on the Name to view the Personal Details, and you can enter details such as your Name, Initials, and Company name.

  • You can also use the Custom Details section to add additional information such as phone number, address, title, etc.

How do I add a custom email footer?

You can add custom information to be included in the emails of your signed documents. 

  • Navigate to the Account tab

  • Tap Advanced Features

  • Select Custom Email Footer

  • Select Customized Email Footer, and enter any information necessary (for example, Company Contact)
