Navigate to the Account Settings.
Tap on your Profile Name.
Tap Transfer Account to transfer your account to a new email address.
Enter the new email address and the current account password and tap Save.
Tap the Reset Password option to receive an email to reset your account password.
Alternatively, you can open the following link in the browser to reset the account password. https://app.signeasy.com/forgot-password.
Tap on the Account tab to view the Profile information.
Tap on the Name to view the Personal Details, and you can enter details such as your Name, Initials, and Company name.
You can also use the Custom Details section to add additional information such as phone number, address, title, etc.
You can add custom information to be included in the emails of your signed documents.
Navigate to the Account tab
Tap Advanced Features
Select Custom Email Footer
Select Customized Email Footer, and enter any information necessary (for example, Company Contact)
