Bulk send allows you to send documents to multiple recipients simultaneously, streamlining the signature request process. Follow these simple steps to prepare, send, and track your bulk signature requests effortlessly.

Click the Send for Signature button, then select bulk send.

Click on Choose and select a single role template

After selecting the template, click on “Download Sample CSV” to prepare the list of signers.

This will download a sample CSV file. Replace the sample data with your signers’ details, save the file, and upload it.

A confirmation page will display all signer details, where you can:

  • Fix errors, if any,

  • Add or delete signers, or

  • Edit signer details.

Click Done after making all changes.

Click the Next button in the top-right corner, then click Send for Signature.

Track the status and perform bulk actions such as 

download, remind, and void.
