Signeasy lets you add fields to signature requests that guide signers to the exact places to sign and fill out documents, ensuring nothing is missed. Once a signature request is sent, signers can use mobile devices to complete and return the document easily.
Open the signature request email on your mobile device and tap Review and Sign. This opens the signing workflow in the mobile browser.
The document will open and automatically focus on the fields assigned to you.
Tap each field to provide the requested information.
For signature and initials fields, a signature canvas will appear where you can create your signature.
Choose your preferred ink color, then tap Done to apply the signature.
Tap I Agree to electronically sign the document in accordance with Signeasy’s terms of service.
After completing, you will be redirected to a confirmation web page indicating the signing process was successful.
