The Signeasy iOS app is available for download on the App Store. Once you subscribe, your plan will automatically sync across all your devices.
If you’re new to Signeasy, getting started is simple. From the login screen, tap “Sign Up” to create your account. You can then enter your email and password, complete your profile, and verify your account in just a few quick steps.
The iOS app supports devices running iOS 10 or later. Older versions are not supported.
If you already have an account and log in using a mobile browser, you’ll be directed to the login screen, where you can sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft, or by entering your email and password.
If you’re a guest signer without a registered Signeasy account, you’ll be redirected to a document preview screen, where you can choose to Sign or Decline the document.
On the document preview screen, you’ll also find details such as:
Sender and signer information
Number of pages
List of fields added
On the document edit screen, two key sections are available at the top:
Focus on Fields: Zooms directly into the specific fields that require attention.
Document Details: Displays document name, sender, and signer details.
When you import a document using the import (+) option, the Signature Toolbar allows you to add:
Signature
Initials
Date
Text
Freestyle annotations
Checkboxes
Images
Each option provides additional customization to help you tailor your document.
Yes, all documents in your Signeasy account automatically sync across devices as long as you’re logged in with the same credentials.
The status of your documents is also updated in real time. For example, if a document is saved or completed on the web app, it will reflect as Draft, Pending, or Completed across all your devices. You can download, email, or send documents to cloud storage from anywhere.
