How to Change Your Email Address in SignEasy

If you need to update the email address associated with your SignEasy account, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and secure transition.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access Account Settings

    • Click your initials in the top right corner of your SignEasy dashboard.

    • From the drop-down menu, select Account and Settings.

  2. Initiate Email Change

    • In the Profile section, locate your current email address.

    • Click on Change Email next to it.

  3. Enter New Email Address

    • A pop-up window will appear.

    • Enter the new email address you'd like to use for your SignEasy account.

  4. Verify Your Identity

    • A verification code will be sent to your current (registered) email address.

    • Enter the code in the prompt to confirm your identity.

  5. Complete the Transfer

    • Once the verification is successful, a notification email will be sent to your new email address.

    • Open the email and click the Transfer Account button to finalize the process.

After completing these steps, your SignEasy account will be associated with your new email address. All your documents, templates, and settings will remain unchanged.
