Setting up document visibility for your teamConfigure document visibility in Signeasy to control which team members can view and edit files.
Updated 2 months ago

Who can configure: Owner

Plan: Business & Business Plus plan only

Teamspace allows you to View track and monitor all sent documents of your team. By default, when an Owner accesses Teamspace, none of the teammates' documents are listed in Teamspace. This is due to the document visibility being set as disabled. This can save users from letting others access their sent documents, and it ensures that documents with sensitive information are not viewed by others. In order to list out sent documents, this needs to be enabled.

Enable Document Visibility for your Team

Once, as an Owner you have set up Teamspace for your Team, you need to enable Document visibility.

For the Owner, the default state would be 'Off' and the toggle cannot be turned On. If access to the Owner's sent document is needed, contact Signeasy support

  1. Navigate to 'Manage Team' from Account & Settings

  2. You will find all Admin and Members listed here.

  3. By default the visibility would be turned off for everyone.

  4. Turn the toggle 'On' for users whose document you want to track from Teamspace.

Manage visibility for your team's sent documents by enabling 'Document visibility' to show all confidential documents Teamspace listing. If not enabled, users' documents will be not listed in Teamspace.

If a user's document visibility is turned off, their document would not be listed out in Teamspace. This user can still view and track others document in Teamspace if the role is Admin.

Note: The Teamspace feature is being deprecated and will no longer be available for new signups.
