How can I change or reset my password?

• Tap on Forgot Password on the login screen of Signeasy App or tap on the link here: https://app.getsigneasy.com/#/forgot-password.

• Enter your registered Signeasy email ID and you will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

How can I change my account email address?

1. Open the Account option and scroll to the bottom of the page.
   

2. Tap Transfer Account, and you can enter the new email address you'd like to use.

3. An email will be sent to the new email with instructions. Follow the prompts.

Ensure that the email address you wish to transfer does not belong to an existing Signeasy account.
